The inhabitants of Bekaa have difficulty movingaround the area because the roads arenot maintained. This project aims at monitoringthe work of contractors in charge of the rehabilitation of the main road in Baalback-Kaa in Northern Bekaa. The report that includes the outcomes will be distributed to different stakeholders and oversight agencies in order to promote accountability of their work.
