The people of Baalback are unaware of the fees that should be paid in return for official transactions. The public employees and the middle-men benefit from this fact to reap illegitimate money from the citizens. The project consists of gathering information from some public administrations and officials namely the Serail and the Mokhtars about the fees required for every type of transaction and making them available to the public through announcements posted at the administration premises.
